Easy-to-Make Creamy Champorado

I. Ingredients
- 1 Cup Glutinous (Malagkit) Rice - Cocoa Powder / Tablea
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk (Optional; You can also use Powdered Milk)
- Sugar (to taste)
- 1 1/2 Water
II. Procedure - Wash the Glutinous Rice until it's completely clean.
- Add Mineral/Distilled Water into the rice, Add your Preferred amount, Measure it very well.
- Cook the rice, Wait for it to boil.
- Melt the Cocoa Powder in warm water, Mix it well.
- Once the Rice boils, make sure to add the Melted Cocoa Powder.
- Wait for it to boil once more, After it boils, you can add the Milk and Sugar, Mix it very well.
- Wait for it to cook
That's it! This meal is perfect for the Cold season! Enjoy!
